ガストロジン
オニノヤガラ（ラン科）の根茎に含まれる成分です。 これは漢方では天麻（てんま）という生薬で、認知症に効くといわれています。
漢方処方では半夏白朮天麻湯に使用されています。
効能効果は「胃腸虚弱で下肢が冷え、めまい、頭痛などがある者」となっていますが、漢方業界では認知症の薬と認識されています。

ガストロジンは、P 糖タンパク質のユビキチン化を阻害することで、アルツハイマー病のマウス モデルの脳内の Aβ レベルを低下させます。
